This system of recycling food waste for high protein content feed for livestock farming and aquaculture consists of computerized and fully automated production line of advanced technology. It saves human resources by eliminating manual operation. After the processes, the food waste turns into high protein base material for manufacturing various kinds of livestock and aquatic feed. Such production makes sufficient use of food waste – the valuable resources for recycling and reuse, which is a great contribution to environmental protection.

All types of odors, exhaust fumes and wastewater generated in this production process are collected by the advanced exhaust processing system, as well as the wastewater treatment system, researched and developed by the Company for centralized processing. The oil and fat contained in the food waste are further extracted to undergo separate treatment for the production of biodiesel. The entire production process does not generate any secondary pollution, so as to achieve absolute environmental protection, with the advantage of attaining sufficient use of all resources.
